We can exchange your mattress and/or box springs once within 120 days of purchase for a new mattress set of equal or greater value. To qualify, you must have slept on it for at least 60 nights and maintained it in like-new condition by using a mattress protector to prevent stains.

 

A 20% exchange fee is required before the exchange date as well as a Delivery Charge  unless customer will be facilitating the exchange. Warranty replacements are also eligible for this exchange. Adjustable foundations and bed frames are not eligible.
