WE CAN exchange your mattress and or box springs once, within 120 days of purchase, for a new mattress set of equal or greater value, provided you have slept on it a minimum of 60 nights, and have kept it in like-new condition by using a mattress protector purchased from CBUS Mattress at the same time as the mattress purchase.

 

A 20% exchange fee is required before the exchange date as well as a Delivery Charge  unless customer will be facilitating the exchange. Warranty replacements are also eligible for this exchange. Adjustable foundations and bed frames are not eligible.
